Ltd is one of the leading and reliable manufacturer and supplier of Heavy Duty, High Quality Trailer Parts and Spares in domestic as well as international market like Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh etc. HDTPL, incorporated in 2011 , has established itself in short span of time throughout the country and built a brand “HDTPL”.

HDTPL has two manufacturing units with monthly production/ assembling capacity of 3000 Trailer Axles, 500 Trailer Suspensions and 100 Running Gears. In addition to these products, the Company is into manufacturing/ supplying of other trailer products like Landing Gear, Spring Leaf, King Pin, Air Suspensions, Fifth Wheel Coupling, Cantilever Suspension, Bogie Suspension, etc.

WHY HDTPL / HDTPL USP

HDTPL Axle:

HDTPL offers American Standard (USA-FMBSS-121 and AUS-ADR38) axle made with single piece tube (that is without any Joint) manufactured with proper heat treatment, forging, hydraulic pressing (round to square), hardening and micro-level straightening of the axle tube.

  1. HDTPL Axles are greased with Lithium based lubricant, thus, not requires lubrication up to 1,00,000 Km.
  2. Hubs and Drums are made of superior quality casting material with meticulous machining, finishing and foundry work. These hubs & drums are supplied throughout the globe including OEMs.
  3. HDTPL uses high-quality brake liners, imported from Germany, are non-asbestos, waterproof, corrosion-free, non-breakable and has a long life.
  4. The bolts and nuts used in HDTPL Axles are high tensile product.
  5. Every forged item is passed through stringent testing process.
  6. HDTPL Axle was approved by ARAI up to 30 Ton static load capacity (which is maximum testing capacity of ARAI) in single axle.
  7. HDTPL Axle is approved by ARAI and ICAT for brake testing as per Trailer Code.

HDTPL Suspension:

  1. HDTPL’s Suspension is one of the branded and preferred (American Standard) suspensions manufactured in India. HDTPL is direct vendor to several OEMs for suspensions.
  2. HDTPL uses high grade of steel material with the advance technology making it light – weight and durable.
  3. HDTPL uses high-tech equipment for making all types of hangers.
  4. HDTPL uses well-hardened 70 mm equalizer pin in middle hanger augmenting strength durability of the suspension.
  5. HDTPL also uses 5mm thick equalizer bush made of bi-metal (inner of bronze) with proper lubrication system.
  6. HDTPL uses properly casted material parts, which are best suited for the trailer suspension.
  7. HDTPL uses tri-layer metal-rubber-metal balance rod bush increasing life of rod bush.
  8. HDTPL uses 24 mm internal diameter round shape U bolt with double nuts & high grade material
  9. HDTPL uses all nut and bolts in suspension made of high-grade material.
